RESHIPMENT & REFUNDS
- Please keep in mind that there will be around 3% - 5% of packages that will incur shipments problems such as damage during shipment, wrong items sent, items not as described, wrong shipping/un-deliverable address, dishonest claims, or lost by post office.
- In case of the issues listed above, please kindly take pictures or videos of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem, and the preferred action: reshipment, refund or take a credit.
- Please contact the IIRIDO Customer Support Team with full evidence, and we will strive the best to make it right. As soon as evidence is verified by us, Reshipment & Refunds can be arranged within 24 hours.
- Any claims for after-sale issues such as misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received.
We won’t offer a full refund or exchange for orders delivered over 30 days prior to a claim. For an exchange, you need to pay the shipping fee to return and resend.
RETURN POLICY
- Returning Damaged / Defective ItemsIn cases of damages or defects, the return process can be expedited by providing us digital pictures or videos of the damages or defects (along with a clear description of the problem) through email. Our customer support team will deal with it in less than 24 hours during the weekdays (in the form of return, replacement, refund or account credit).Note that if the damage / defect cannot be verified via email contact, the product may be required to be returned to the IIRIDO HQ for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.
- All colors are subject to the actual products**·** We may not be able to avoid a little COLOR DIFFERENTIATION caused when printing.
- Colors on the items photos may be in fact a little faded and not as bright and saturated due to brightness and resolution of your monitor or screen.
- Return shipping cost IIRIDO will cover return shipping cost or refund only in cases when items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by the IIRIDO Customer Service Team to be defective.
Otherwise, no abnormalities in our quality under the service will not provide a return. Please contact us for the best solution.
